Test that Virus Blocker blocks viruses
To test that Virus Blocker blocks viruses, try to download an infected file:
- Go to http://www.eicar.org/, click on the DOWNLOAD: Anti-Malware Test File button.
- Scroll down to Download area using the standard protocol http pane, and try to download the infected file. Untangle Server returns a message, stating that the Virus Blocker blocked you from downloading the file.
