Identify users that need quick-passlist privileges
Also, to prevent help desk costs in the event that users call your company's help desk to request access to a blocked website, identify the users that require quick-passlist privileges.
Provide specific users quick-passlist privileges
If you want specific users to have quick-passlist privileges, but not all users, create a virtual rack for the users that need quick-pass list privileges.

Depending on your company's policy, you can set the Spyware Blocker to allow the users to unblock themselves. By default, the Spyware Blocker allows the user to unblock.
You can disable this feature by changing this setting to "none"
