Tip #1

You can adjust the Spam strength on your Spam Blocker module. Click on Show Settings on your Spam Blocker module, then adjust the drop down Scan Strength menu. (Our scan strength is set very conservatively because we feel that having a few Spams go through is better than having a false positive.)

Tip #2

Many of our customer do not have their own internal mail server. If you don't have a mail server and still would like to use the Spam & Phishing Blocker, please read on...

If you do not have an internal mail server like "Exchange", you will need to have a POP account. There are many free email services like Gmail from Google. After creating an account with Gmail, you will need to enable "POP"

      • Information provided by GMAIL***

You can retrieve your Gmail messages with a client or device that supports POP (such as Microsoft Outlook or Netscape Mail).

To enable POP in your Gmail account:

  • Log in to your Gmail account.
  • Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page.
  • Click Forwarding and POP in the orange Mail Settings box.

  • Select Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.
  • Choose the action you'd like your Gmail messages to take after they are accessed with POP.
  • Configure your POP client* and click Save Changes.
